Question 1

What is AppsMobs, in one sentence?

Accepted Answer

A Windows application that connects to your Android devices and runs automations on them — written in Python, assembled from blocks, or driven by a computer-vision model you train yourself.

Question 2

Do I need to know how to code?

Accepted Answer

No. The block editor covers loops, conditions and all the device actions without a line of code. You will go faster if you learn a little Python, and the app is designed to make that transition easy, but it is not required.

Question 3

Does it work with emulators?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AppsMobs works with any Android emulator that exposes an ADB port (LDPlayer, BlueStacks, MEmu, Nox…). LDPlayer is even detected automatically, with nothing to type. Emulators are often the easier path when you want ten instances and only own two phones.

Question 4

Is there a macOS or Linux version?

Accepted Answer

No. The desktop app is Windows-only and that is unlikely to change soon. If you are on macOS, a Windows VM with USB passthrough works but we do not support it officially.

Question 5

Can it run while my PC is asleep?

Accepted Answer

No. Execution is local, so the host has to be awake. Most people disable sleep and let the machine run.

Question 6

Will it get my account banned?

Accepted Answer

AppsMobs is an automation tool: you choose which apps and accounts you use it on, and you alone are responsible for complying with their terms of service. AppsMobs cannot be held liable for any suspension, ban or other sanction applied to your accounts. No tool can honestly guarantee zero risk; randomised timing and tap positions reduce trivial detection, but do not make you invisible.

Question 7

How many devices can one PC really handle?

Accepted Answer

The licence caps you at 1, 2, 5 or 10. In practice a 6-core machine with 16 GB handles five 1080p streams plus scripting comfortably; ten gets demanding, especially with live inference. Lowering FPS on the devices you are not watching buys back most of it.

Question 8

Can it read text on screen?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but not through OCR: the text functions read Android's interface tree (the labels the displayed app exposes itself). No training needed, and it is the right tool for buttons, counters and balances in a regular app. Text drawn inside the image (in a game, for instance) is not in that tree: use image matching or Vision AI there.

Question 9

Does it work without internet?

Accepted Answer

For a few days. The app re-checks the licence regularly; offline, it stays usable for a few days after the last successful check, without interrupting a run. After that you need to reconnect once. Driving the devices (ADB) itself does not need the internet.

Question 10

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

PayPal (balance, bank account or card) and cryptocurrency through NOWPayments — Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin and 300+ others.

Question 11

Is the subscription automatic?

Accepted Answer

No. You pay for a term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months in one go and it simply expires: there is nothing to cancel and no automatic charge. You renew when you want to.

Question 12

Can I use one licence on two computers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up to your plan's device count: the licence records each PC where it is activated (1, 2, 5 or 10 depending on the plan). Beyond that, the next PC is refused. To replace a machine, write to us: there is no self-service release yet.

Question 13

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

24 hours after a first purchase if the app does not work on your hardware or does not match what this site describes. Email support with what happened.

Question 14

What data do you collect?

Accepted Answer

Your account email, your licence state, an anonymised PC fingerprint, the app version and technical information that checks it has not been modified, sent on every licence check. If you fill them in, your profile (first name, last name, country, avatar) and the link with your Discord. Not your scripts, not your screenshots, not your models, not the apps you automate.

Question 15

Do my scripts go to a cloud?

Accepted Answer

No. Execution is entirely local. Towards our servers the app only sends the licence, your profile and which features you may use; updates come from GitHub. If you use the AI assistant or choose training on Google Colab, that data goes to those providers, on your own initiative.

Question 16

Is the AI assistant sending my code somewhere?

Accepted Answer

It sends your prompt straight from your PC to the provider you chose (Groq, Gemini, OpenAI, Claude or DeepSeek); it does not go through our servers. Without a personal key the assistant uses a shared key with a daily quota; with your own, no limit. Either way the prompt goes to the provider: paste nothing secret into it.
