Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what we will never ask for. Everything is listed, item by item.

Last updated 4 November 2026

This policy explains which personal data we process when you buy and use AppsMobs, why, on what legal basis, for how long and with whom. It describes what the software actually sends, not what it could send in theory.

In short — Your scripts, screenshots and models stay on your PC. Our servers receive what is needed to sell and check a licence: your email, your key, a fingerprint of your PC and some technical information. No advertising, no selling of data.

1. Data controller

The data controller is the publisher of AppsMobs, established in Morocco (see section 1 of the terms).

Our processing is governed by Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. When our customers live in the European Union, we also apply the GDPR, which protects them even though we are established outside the Union.

For any question about your data: contact@appsmobs.com.

2. What we do not collect

In short — Everything you automate stays with you.

The software never sends us:

  • your scripts, projects or block sequences;
  • screenshots, recordings or video streams from your devices;
  • your Vision models and datasets;
  • the list of applications you automate, or their content;
  • the credentials of accounts you use on your devices;

Nor do we receive your card numbers, PayPal credentials or crypto wallet keys: those are handled by PayPal and NOWPayments.

3. The data we process

In short — The complete list, nothing rounded off.

3.1 Order and licence

  • The email address entered at checkout. It identifies your licence.
  • Order data: plan, term, amount, currency, payment provider, order reference, the provider's payment reference, any promo code used, date.
  • The licence key, licence status and expiry date.

3.2 Licence checks

On activation, then regularly while it is online, the software sends:

  • the licence key and the associated email address;
  • a PC fingerprint: an anonymised technical identifier used to enforce your plan's PC limit. It does not identify your hardware;
  • the software version;
  • technical information used to check that the software has not been modified. It covers AppsMobs, not your files.

3.3 Connection data

  • The IP address of the request and technical connection details (browser or client type), recorded in our server logs and, if you use the Customer panel, in active-session tracking.

3.4 Account and profile (optional)

  • If you create a Customer panel account: your email and a password, stored only in hashed form.
  • If you fill in your profile: first name, last name, country, avatar.
  • If you link your Discord account: your Discord ID and username.
  • If you take part in referrals: the link between referrer and referee, and your token balance.

3.5 Security alert

If the software detects a possible sign of tampering, it may send us an alert containing your email and technical information about the PC (device identifier, operating system).

3.6 Support

The content of your exchanges with support, by email or on Discord, and any attachments you choose to include.

3.7 Website

The website only uses a technical cookie that remembers your chosen language. It is strictly necessary and does not require consent.

To measure our audience we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which work without cookies and without any persistent identifier: we see totals (page views, country, device, referring site, clicks on "Download", plan choices, completed payments), never who you are. To know where a visit came from, the website keeps the link source ("utm" parameters or referring site) in your browser's session storage, cleared when you close the tab. This data is only used for our statistics, is not combined with other websites and is not used for advertising. The website includes no advertising tools. Our host may keep technical logs for security purposes.

In short — Mostly to perform the contract you entered into with us, and to protect the licence against sharing.

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, or to make automated decisions that significantly affect you. Refusing an activation beyond your plan's PC limit is a contractual rule, not a profiling decision; you can always contact support.

6. Recipients and processors

In short — Only the providers the service cannot run without.

Your data is accessible to the AppsMobs staff who need it. It is also processed by:

Provider categoryRoleData
Hosting and databaseRunning our servers, the website and the Customer panelSection 3 data needed for the service, technical logs
Email deliverySending the licence key and confirmationsEmail, name if provided, licence information
Payment providersCollecting your payment (PayPal or cryptocurrency)Payment data, under their own responsibility

Software distributionServing downloads and updatesTechnical connection data

Our providers only use your data to provide this service to us, under contract. Payment providers and Discord act as separate controllers for their own processing. The current list of our providers is available on request at contact@appsmobs.com.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We may disclose it to an authority that lawfully requires it.

7. External AI tools

In short — The software has no built-in AI. What you send to Claude or Grok does not go through us.

The software has no built-in AI assistant. If you use our documentation pack with Claude, Grok or another AI, you do so with your own account, and the provider handles your conversations under its own privacy policy. We receive nothing from it.

8. International transfers

Some of our providers are based, or process data, outside Morocco, particularly in the European Union and the United States.

  • From Morocco, these transfers comply with Articles 43 and 44 of Law No. 09-08: to a country that ensures adequate protection, or with the CNDP's authorisation.
  • For our European customers, transfers to countries outside the Union rely on an adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies) or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can obtain a copy of the applicable safeguards by writing to us.

9. Security

Communication with our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored in hashed form. The PC fingerprint is anonymised. Database access is restricted to the people and services that need it.

No system is invulnerable. If a data breach poses a risk to you, we notify the competent authority and, where the law requires, the people affected.

10. Your rights

In short — You can find out what we hold, correct it, take a copy or have it deleted.

You have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • rectify inaccurate data;
  • erasure, unless we must keep the data (for accounting, for example);
  • restrict processing;
  • portability of the data you provided to us;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • if you live in France, set instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@appsmobs.com from the address linked to your licence, or quote your order reference. We reply within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests. We may ask you to confirm your identity.

Erasing your licence data ends the licence, since we can no longer check it.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority:

  • in Morocco, the CNDP (cndp.ma), the authority we report to;
  • in the European Union, the authority of your country of residence (in France, the CNIL, cnil.fr);
  • elsewhere, your country's authority, if there is one.

11. Minors

AppsMobs is not intended for children. If you are a minor under the law of your country, you must not send us data without the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

12. Changes

If we change this policy, the new version is published on this page with a new "last updated" date. If the change is significant, such as a new category of data sent by the software, we also announce it on the website or on Discord.
