Terms of Service and Sale

These terms govern your use of the AppsMobs desktop application, this website and the customer panel. Read them before buying — buying means accepting them.

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms govern how you buy and use the AppsMobs software, the appsmobs.com website and the customer panel. They are written to be read: every section opens with a plain-language summary. The summary is there to help; the full text of each section is what binds us both.

We would rather state our limits out loud than bury them in small print. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy.

1. Who we are

In short — AppsMobs is published by the person or company named below. That is who you are contracting with.

The software, the website and the customer panel are published by:

Publisher's legal details

In these terms, "AppsMobs", "we", "us" and "our" mean the publisher above.

2. Definitions

In short — The key words of the contract, defined once.

  • Software: the AppsMobs application for Windows 10/11 (64-bit), its updates and its documentation.
  • Website: appsmobs.com and its pages, including the checkout page.
  • Customer panel: the online area where you can view your account and licence.
  • User or you: the person who buys or uses the Software.
  • Consumer: a User acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
  • Business user: a User acting for the purposes of their trade, business, craft or profession.
  • Plan: the service tier purchased (Starter, Basic, Pro, Ultimate or Enterprise).
  • Licence: the right to use the Software for a Term under a Plan.
  • Licence key: the code that activates the Licence in the Software.
  • Term: the period purchased, 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. One month means 30 days.
  • PC: a Windows computer on which the Licence is activated.
  • Device: an Android phone or tablet, physical or emulated, controlled by the Software.
  • Scripts: the automations you create or import (code, blocks, vision models, datasets, settings).
  • Third-party services: services not owned by AppsMobs, such as PayPal, NOWPayments, GitHub or Discord.
  • Pricing page: the Pricing page of the Website, as displayed when you buy.

3. Purpose

In short — These terms set out what you are buying, how, and what each of us commits to.

These terms set the rules for the sale of Licences and for the use of the Software, the Website and the Customer panel.

AppsMobs is a general-purpose automation tool for Android devices. It is installed and runs on your PC. Your Scripts and automation data are stored on your disk, not on our servers. Our servers issue and check Licences, send the emails related to your order and run the Customer panel.

4. Accepting these terms

In short — Paying means you accept these terms. Read them first.

You must accept these terms before placing an order. Payment constitutes acceptance. Installing or using the Software also constitutes acceptance.

The terms that apply to your purchase are those in force on the day of your order. We recommend saving or printing them. They remain available on this page.

To buy, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are a minor, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

5. Account, Licence and key

In short — A Licence is tied to the email you enter at checkout. It lets you use the Software; it does not make you its owner. It is personal: it is not to be shared.

5.1 Issue

The Licence is created once payment is confirmed. It is tied to the email address entered at checkout. Check that address carefully: it is where we send your Licence key, and it is how support identifies your Licence.

If you create an account on the Customer panel, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

5.2 What the Licence allows

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence limited to the paid Term to install and use the Software within the limits of your Plan.

The Licence is a right of use. It does not transfer any ownership of the Software to you.

5.3 Number of PCs

Each PC on which you activate the Licence is registered using a technical fingerprint (see the Privacy Policy). The number of PCs you can register is set by your Plan, as shown on the Pricing page.

Once the limit is reached, activation on an additional PC is refused. To replace a PC (hardware failure, new machine), contact support: releasing a PC is done on request, and there is currently no self-service release. We may refuse a request that is in substance an attempt to run the Licence on more PCs than the Plan allows.

5.4 Number of Devices

Your Plan sets the maximum number of Devices controlled at the same time: 1 for Starter, 2 for Basic, 5 for Pro, 10 for Ultimate, and the agreed number for Enterprise.

This limit applies as a matter of contract. The Software may enforce it technically; that enforcement is being rolled out and may change from one version to the next. A missing or temporarily imperfect technical check does not entitle you to exceed your Plan's limit.

5.5 Term, renewal and expiry

The Licence lasts for the Term purchased: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, each month being 30 days. It runs from the moment it is issued.

There is no subscription and no automatic payment. The Licence simply expires at the end of the Term. There is nothing to cancel.

To continue, you renew yourself by purchasing a new Term. If you renew before expiry, with the same email address, your remaining time is added to the new Term: you do not lose a single day.

On expiry, or if the Licence is invalid, the Software switches to read-only: you can open it and view your files, but you can no longer run Scripts. Your Scripts, models, datasets and logs stay on your disk. They are yours and we do not touch them.

5.6 Transfer and sharing

The Licence is personal. You may not assign, resell, rent, lend or sublicense it.

Sharing your Licence key is prohibited, including with friends, within a team or on a forum. One Plan covers one person or one entity, within the PC and Device limits provided.

Changing the email address tied to a Licence, or transferring it to someone else, is only possible with our written consent, on request to support.

6. Plans and features

In short — Each Plan sets a number of PCs, a number of phones and a set of features. The current detail lives on the Pricing page.

The Software is offered in five Plans. All include unlimited Scripts and runs, the block editor, the documentation pack for AI tools (see section 15) and updates for the duration of the Term.

PlanDevices at onceAdded features
Starter1Core Software
Basic2Automation (scheduled runs)
Pro5Scheduling on any free Device, Vision AI
Ultimate10Everything in Pro, plus reinforcement learning (RL) training
EnterpriseUnlimited or agreedEverything in Ultimate, terms set by quote

Each Plan also includes the features of the Plans below it.

This table is a summary. The description that binds both of us is the Pricing page as shown at the time of your purchase: price, number of PCs, support level and exact features.

The Enterprise Plan is subject to a quote and, where applicable, specific terms. Those prevail over these terms in case of conflict.

We may change features between versions (see section 17). We will not remove an essential feature of your Plan during your Term without offering an equivalent solution or a pro-rata refund.

7. Price and payment

In short — You pay once for a fixed Term. Prices are on the Pricing page. PayPal or crypto. We never see your card or wallet details.

7.1 Price

Prices are those shown on the Pricing page when you order. They are stated in euros.

Longer Terms are discounted: 5% for 3 months, 10% for 6 months, 20% for 12 months. A promotional code may apply on top, under the conditions shown with the code. The final amount is always displayed before you pay.

We may change our prices at any time. A new price never applies to an order already paid.

7.2 Payment

Payment is one-off and made in full for the chosen Term. It is collected by:

  • PayPal (PayPal balance, bank account or card through PayPal);
  • NOWPayments, for cryptocurrency payments.

These providers process the payment under their own terms. We never receive or store your card numbers, PayPal credentials or wallet keys.

For a cryptocurrency payment, the amount due is set in euros and converted by NOWPayments. Network fees, exchange-rate differences and sending errors (wrong address, wrong network, insufficient amount) are a matter between you and NOWPayments. An incomplete payment does not trigger the Licence until it is settled.

7.3 Order checks

We may hold an order for manual review if the amount received does not match the expected price or if fraud is suspected. In that case the key is sent after review, or the order is cancelled and refunded.

7.4 Proof of purchase

After payment you receive a confirmation email with your order reference. Keep it: support will ask for it. If you need an invoice, request one from support quoting that reference.

7.5 Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with PayPal or your bank (a chargeback) without contacting us first, we may suspend the Licence while the dispute is resolved. Write to us first: it is almost always faster.

8. Delivery of the Licence key

In short — Nothing is shipped: the key arrives by email once payment is confirmed. The Software is downloaded from GitHub.

The Licence key is sent by email to the address entered at checkout, once payment is confirmed by PayPal or NOWPayments. With PayPal, delivery is usually immediate. With cryptocurrency, it happens when NOWPayments confirms the transaction, which can take from a few minutes to several hours depending on the network.

If nothing has arrived an hour after payment is confirmed, check your spam folder, then contact support with your order reference.

The Software is downloaded from the Download page, which points to our official GitHub repository. Download it only from that source. We are not responsible for copies obtained elsewhere.

9. Upgrades and Plan changes

In short — You can move to a higher Plan mid-Term. The time you have left is not lost.

You can move to a higher Plan at any time. On an upgrade, the remaining time on your previous Plan is converted and credited towards the new Plan at equal value: days remaining × monthly price of the old Plan ÷ monthly price of the new Plan. The old Licence ends when the new one is issued.

Moving to a lower Plan takes effect at the end of the current Term: you simply buy the lower Plan when the Term ends. The price difference is not refunded.

10. Right of withdrawal

In short — The Software is delivered straight away. If you ask to use it immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, you can no longer withdraw. Our own refund policy still applies.

10.1 The general rule

If you are a Consumer, the law generally gives you a period to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. That period depends on where you live:

  • in Morocco, 7 days (Article 36 of Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection);
  • in the European Union, 14 days (Directive 2011/83/EU);
  • elsewhere, the period set by your country's law, if any.

10.2 The digital content exception

The Licence gives access to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, which you can use as soon as you receive the key. The law provides that the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun:

  1. with your prior express consent for supply to start before the withdrawal period ends;
  2. after you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal;
  3. and after we have sent you confirmation of that consent on a durable medium (such as the confirmation email).

This is provided for in particular by Article 38 of Moroccan Law No. 31-08 and, for Consumers in the European Union, Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

At checkout we ask for that consent and acknowledgement. By giving them and then receiving your Licence key, you waive your right of withdrawal.

If, for any reason, that consent and acknowledgement were not obtained as described above, your right of withdrawal applies in full, within the period set by your country's law, from the date of the contract. To exercise it, send us a clear statement (a plain email to support@appsmobs.com is enough) with your order reference. We will refund you within 14 days of your request, using the original payment method, and the Licence will be deactivated.

10.4 Our refund policy still applies

Even after waiving the right of withdrawal, the Refund Policy lets you get your money back in the cases it covers, in particular if the Software does not run on your hardware or does not do what the Website says. It forms part of these terms. It adds to your statutory rights and does not reduce them.

11. Refunds

In short — When you can get a refund, how fast, and how to ask are set out on a dedicated page.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. When a refund is made, the related Licence is deactivated. Our team does this manually.

12. Licence checks and offline use

In short — The Software checks your licence online from time to time. Without internet it keeps working for a few days after the last successful check.

The Software regularly checks the validity of the Licence with our servers. Each check sends the information described in the Privacy Policy.

Without a connection, the Software remains usable for a few days after the last successful check. A run in progress is not interrupted by a simple loss of network. After that period, you need to go online once to continue.

Controlling Devices does not itself require internet access.

If a check fails because the Licence has expired, been revoked or is invalid, or because the Software's files have been altered, the Software switches to read-only.

These periods are indicative and may be adjusted between versions for security reasons. They will not be shortened to the point of making the Software unusable in normal use.

13. Your obligations and prohibited uses

In short — Use AppsMobs for lawful things, on what you own or are entitled to automate. Do not tamper with the licence.

You agree to use the Software in accordance with the law, these terms and the rights of others.

In particular, you must not:

  • use the Software for any activity that is unlawful where you are;
  • use it to commit fraud, scams or identity theft;
  • use it to send spam or mass unsolicited messages, or to mass-create fake accounts;
  • infringe the rights of others: privacy, personal data, intellectual property, reputation;
  • gain unauthorised access to any system, device or account, or attempt to overload or disrupt it;
  • share, publish or resell your Licence key, or use someone else's key;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the Software, except where the law expressly permits it and that right cannot be excluded;
  • bypass, disable or modify the licence check, the PC or Device limits, or the integrity checks;
  • distribute a modified version of the Software;
  • exceed the limits of your Plan.

You must also hold the necessary rights over the Devices you control and the accounts you use on them.

14. You are responsible for your automations

In short — You choose what you automate. The consequences are yours. No tool can honestly promise to be undetectable, and neither do we.

AppsMobs is a general-purpose tool. You alone decide which applications, services and accounts you automate, and how.

You are solely responsible for:

  • the content and behaviour of your Scripts;
  • complying with the terms of service of every application, website or service you automate;
  • the consequences of that automation, including account suspension or closure and loss of data, progress or money.

Many applications prohibit automation in their terms. We do not guarantee that the Software is undetectable, nor that any given automation is permitted by the target service. Features that make actions look more natural (such as randomised delays or tap positions) reduce some signals. They do not make you invisible.

We do not review, endorse or support any particular target application. Examples in the documentation are for illustration only.

If a third party brings a claim against us because of your use of the Software in breach of these terms, you agree to indemnify us, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Third-party services

In short — Some features rely on services we do not own. They have their own terms, and we do not answer for them.

The Software and the Website use, or let you use, Third-party services. Each applies its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their operation, availability, pricing or handling of your data.

  • External AI tools. The Software has no built-in AI assistant. If you use our documentation pack with Claude, Grok or another AI, you do so with your own account, under that provider's terms; nothing goes through our servers. AI answers can be wrong: check them before relying on them.
  • PayPal and NOWPayments for payment (section 7).
  • GitHub for downloading the Software and its updates.
  • Discord for the community and support, and for optional account linking.

Unavailability of a Third-party service is not a breach on our part.

16. Intellectual property

In short — The Software is ours. Your Scripts are yours.

16.1 The Software

The Software, its code, interface and documentation, the Website, and the AppsMobs names and logos are protected by intellectual property law. They remain the property of us or our licensors. Apart from the Licence in section 5, no rights are granted to you.

Some components are open-source software released under their own licences. Those licences apply to those components and prevail for them.

16.2 Your Scripts

Your Scripts, models, datasets and files remain yours. They are stored on your PC and we do not receive a copy. We claim no rights over them.

If you choose to share a Script publicly (for example on our Discord), you remain responsible for its content and confirm that you have the right to share it.

16.3 Your feedback

If you send us an idea or suggestion, we may use it freely, with no obligation to you.

17. Availability, updates and support

In short — Updates are included during your Term and downloaded from GitHub. The licence service may have outages; the offline window exists for that.

17.1 Updates

Software updates are included for the whole Term. They are published on and downloaded from our GitHub repository. We may add, change or remove features between versions, subject to section 6.

If you are a Consumer, we supply during the Term the updates, including security updates, needed to keep the Software in conformity with the contract. If you do not install them within a reasonable time, we are not liable for a defect they would have fixed.

We may stop accepting older versions at licence check for security reasons; you then just need to install the latest version.

17.2 Installer and environment

The Software installer is not currently code-signed. Windows may therefore show a warning (SmartScreen) on first launch. This is expected: check that the file comes from our official GitHub repository before continuing.

The Software runs on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11. Performance depends on your hardware, the number of Devices and the features used. Recommended specifications are given on the Website.

17.3 Server availability

We do our best to keep the licence services and the Customer panel available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or an incident may briefly interrupt licence checks; the offline window in section 12 is designed to cover this.

17.4 Support

Support is provided on Discord and by email at support@appsmobs.com. Each Plan's support level is shown on the Pricing page. Any times shown there are response targets, not resolution times.

18. Warranties

In short — If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory guarantees. Beyond that, we do not promise the Software suits every purpose.

18.1 Consumer statutory guarantees

If you are a Consumer, you benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content and services provided by the law of your country of residence: in Morocco, Law No. 31-08 and the Code of Obligations and Contracts; in the European Union, Directive (EU) 2019/770 and the laws implementing it. For a Licence supplied over a Term, it covers lack of conformity that appears during that Term. If there is a defect, you can have the Software brought into conformity or, failing that, obtain a price reduction or end the contract.

Nothing in these terms limits those guarantees.

18.2 Beyond statutory guarantees

To the extent permitted by law, the Software is provided as described on the Website. We do not guarantee that:

  • it is fit for a particular purpose the Website does not advertise;
  • it will work with every application, Device or emulator;
  • any given automation will keep working, since automated applications can change at any time;
  • it will run free of all errors or interruptions.

19. Limitation of liability

In short — We answer for our own failures within the limits of the law. We do not answer for what you do with your Scripts or for what third-party services do.

19.1 What we are not liable for

We are not liable for damage resulting from:

  • your use of the Software, your Scripts and their consequences (section 14), including suspension of an account with a third party;
  • a Third-party service (section 15);
  • use contrary to these terms or to the documentation;
  • your hardware, connection or operating system;
  • loss of files stored on your PC, which you are responsible for backing up;
  • force majeure.

19.2 If you are a Business user

If you are a Business user, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims combined is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, profit, goodwill or data.

19.3 If you are a Consumer

If you are a Consumer, we are liable for damage that is the direct result of our failure, as provided by law. The exclusions in section 19.1 apply to the extent that the damage is not attributable to us.

19.4 What is never limited

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

20. Suspension and termination

In short — You can stop whenever you like. We can cut off a licence for a serious breach, normally after warning you.

20.1 On your side

You can stop using the Software at any time. As there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel. Stopping early does not entitle you to a refund, except as provided in the Refund Policy or by law.

20.2 On our side

We may suspend or deactivate a Licence for breach of these terms, in particular:

  • sharing, reselling or publishing the key;
  • bypassing or modifying the licence, PC or Device checks;
  • a use prohibited by section 13;
  • payment fraud or abusive chargebacks.

Where the breach can be remedied, we will notify you by email and give you a reasonable time to fix it before deactivating the Licence. We may suspend without notice in an emergency: fraud, a threat to the security of our systems or a risk to others. You can send us your comments; we will consider them.

A Licence deactivated for serious breach is not refunded, unless the law provides otherwise.

20.3 Discontinuation

If we ever had to permanently discontinue the Software, we would give you at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused portion of current Terms, pro rata.

21. Personal data

In short — What we collect and why is explained on a dedicated page.

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. It sets out, among other things, the data sent with each licence check.

22. Referrals and tokens

In short — Referral tokens are a bonus, not money.

Where a referral or token programme is offered, its rules are those shown in the Software or the Customer panel. Tokens have no cash value. They are not refundable, not exchangeable for money and not transferable. We may change or end the programme; benefits already earned and usable remain so until the date announced. Any abuse (fake accounts, self-referral) cancels the tokens concerned.

23. Changes to these terms

In short — These terms may change. Your purchase stays under the version in force on the day you paid.

We may change these terms, for example to reflect changes in the Software or the law. The new version is published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes are also announced on the Website or on Discord.

The new version applies to orders placed after it is published. A Licence already running remains governed by the terms accepted when it was bought, unless a change is required by law or you accept the new version (for example by renewing).

24. General provisions

In short — The usual rules of a well-drafted contract.

  • If any provision is held invalid, the others remain in force.
  • Not exercising a right at a given time does not waive it.
  • These terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, specific Enterprise terms make up the entire agreement.
  • These terms exist in French and English. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails, without depriving a Consumer of more favourable protection.
  • We may subcontract part of our obligations, while remaining responsible to you.

25. Governing law and disputes

In short — If something goes wrong, write to us first. If that does not settle it, the law below applies, without taking away the protections of your own country.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, the law of the country where the publisher is established.

If you are a Consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence. You may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence or any other court provided by law.

If a dispute arises, write to us first at contact@appsmobs.com. We will look for an amicable solution within 30 days.

If you are a Business user, and unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent commercial courts of Morocco.

26. Contact

In short — A question, a problem, a request: here is where to write.
