License, plans and account
Activate your license, read your plan in your profile, link your Discord account, and understand what changes between plans and what happens at expiry.

What changes between plans
Current prices, terms and payment methods (PayPal, card, crypto) are on Pricing: they are not copied here so the two never disagree. Here is what changes from one plan to the next:

Every plan has unlimited scripts and runs, the block editor, and no watermark. There is no free trial: Starter for one month plays that role. No AI is included in the license: to write scripts with Claude or Grok, use the free AppsMobs pack.
One license, one active PC at a time
A license is tied to one active computer at a time. You can move it to another machine from your account on the site (the My account on the website button in your profile), but not use it on two PCs at once.
Activate your license
At first launch, the sign-in window asks for your email and key: it is all explained in Sign in. If you are already in the app but the license is missing or expired, activate it from Settings.

Open activation
Click Settings, then the License tab (mark 1). You can also click the license pill at the top right (mark 2), which reads Activate a license when there is none.

Click Activate
An Activate a license window opens: "Enter the email and key you received after your purchase."

Enter your email and key
Copy-paste the License key from your purchase message, with no space before or after. No key yet? The "No key yet? Get one on appsmobs.com" link leads to the purchase.

Confirm
"Checking your key…" appears. You are done when you read "License activated!". The top pill shows your plan and remaining days.
The Verify License button (or Check again) queries the server again: handy right after a renewal.
Read your plan in your profile

Open your profile
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar (just above Collapse menu).

Go to Your License
In My Profile, click the Your License tab: you read Plan Type, Days Remaining and Tokens Available. Below, your Referral Code: share it, you both earn tokens.

Refresh if you just paid
Click Refresh (mark 4) to reload your data, for example after a renewal or a referral.
Under Personal Information you can edit First Name, Last Name and Country; changes are saved as soon as you leave a field. The sign-in Email is read-only.
My account on the website (mark 5) opens the same account on the web: subscription, orders, referral. Logout (mark 6) takes you back to the sign-in window.
Link your Discord account
Linking Discord syncs your Discord tokens and verifies your identity. Allow about 3 minutes.

Open the Discord tab
In your profile, click the Discord tab. The Status reads Not linked; the three steps are shown below.

Find your Discord ID
In Discord, turn on Developer Mode (Discord settings, Advanced), right-click your profile, then Copy User ID. It is a number of 17 to 20 digits.

Paste it and generate the code
Paste the ID in the step 1 field, then click Generate code. You are done when "Code ready: send it to the bot with /link-account" appears.

Send the code to the bot
On the AppsMobs Discord, type
/link-accountfollowed by the code. The code is valid for 10 minutes. - 5
Check the link
Back in AppsMobs, click Check status. You are done when the status becomes Discord linked ("Your Discord account is linked."). If you read "Not linked yet", wait a few seconds and click again.
When the license expires
The app works until the last paid day. After that:
- At startup, the sign-in window shows License expired and a Renew now → link.
- Inside the app you drop to read-only: running, stopping, pausing, resuming, duplicating or deleting a script is blocked, and the Console asks for an active license.
- Nothing is deleted: your scripts, screenshots and Vision projects stay on your disk. Renew, and everything resumes.
In the profile, "Renew soon to keep your scripts running" shows when few days remain.
Offline
If the server is unreachable but a valid local license exists, the app flags it ("Offline mode detected") without blocking you. A first activation needs Internet. A host that must stay offline for good is an Enterprise arrangement: write to contact@appsmobs.com.
Change plan, invoices, refunds
- Changing plan: order the new one with the same email. It applies as soon as you pay, and your remaining days are converted at equal value and added (20 days of Basic at €19 become 8 days of Pro at €49). Moving down follows the same rule and gives you more days. A new key arrives by email and the old one stops working: enter the new one in the app. An old recurring PayPal subscription is not converted: write to us.
- Duration: a month is 30 days from payment.
- An invoice is issued for every payment, crypto included.
- Refund within 24 hours of a first purchase if the app does not run on your hardware or does not do what the site says: see the refund policy.
It does not work?
